The Berry Scholars Program Checklist

To earn an Berry Scholars diploma and key from the University of Dayton, a student must successfully complete all regular degree requirements, plus:

Course Work

Honors Thesis project

  • Complete 6 credit hours of an approved Honors Thesis project.  View the Honors Thesis Guidelines for key details, including the initial Honors Thesis Information Form and the schedule for required Honors Thesis Workshops.

Service or Leadership Activity

  • Complete an approved service or leadership activity.

Grade Point Average

  •  Maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA.
